... 110 lbs lost ...

Just a little update, I went to the gym this morning for 7:00 there wasn't too many people there which is good for me, this way I can get into the routine and feel more comfortable there.  I even broke a sweat!  I don't like to sweat at all... Yuck!  Then I looked a t this lady wearing grey thights and she was soaking wet to her knees... So I guess I will let myself sweat a little...

I started on the recumbent bike 20 minutes, then the treadmill for 15 minutes and finished off on the elliptical for 10 minutes.  Not bad for a girl that just started training yesterday and was totally inactive. emoticones-sport

... 108 lbs lost ...

I finally got the NERVE to enroll in a gym today!!!
After visiting three different gyms this morning I picked the 3rd one which is also the farthest but seems to have more professional and experienced staff.

I have an appointement for monday to meet with a trainer to go through all the different types of equipments and to build a workout plan for me.
But since I was there and motivated to start exercising after all my paperwork I was allowed to use a few cardio machines, so I tried the elliptical for the 1st time in my life and it was not bad... at first, but 10 minutes and my legs got wobbly and I got a little dizzy, I couldn't walk so I sat on the window ledge for 5 minutes to get my strength back.  Then I did 20 minutes on the recumbent bike, which was not bad at all... I'm quite proud of myself, actually i'm very proud of myself...

Going back tomorrow morning for 7:00 if my thighs are not too sore!!!
