Ok ladies and germs today's review is for Met-Rx"s Protein Plus Protein bar. The one i had was Chocolate chocolate Chunk. It has 32g of protein, no trans fats and only1g of sugar. It's 310 calories 80 of them from fat. Total fat 9g, sodium 200mg, 32g of carbs. Vitamins A,E,C B-12,B-6 are 30%. Well Now on to the taste well its not that bad it reminds me of the old slim fast chocolate bars. It has a ok taste not bad. Just don't sniff it first! LoL! So I give it a thumbs up!

Ok i have herd ppl talkin anout this stuff called Muscle Milk(I Got The Light). I picked up the vanilla creme. ok let start with the good things about the product.... hmm well it's has 20g of protein, sugar free and lactose free(wich is good from me). It has 20 vitamins and minerals and is only 160 cal. now the bad part....the first few seconds it was on my toung it tasted fine then to me it tasted like if u were to chew up a couple of lifesavers(the mint ones) and add a lil vanilla and there you go. i didn't like this product maybe the other falvors are better. We shalll see.
