Goals
Surgeon Testimonial Alfonso Torquati M.D., MSci Dr. Torquati was great! He was open and honest about the whole process and provided me with the information I needed to make knowledgeable decisions. This is probably what I liked the most about him because he didn't try to push this process on my. He and his staff made themselves readily available for any questions that I had. His program is an extremely stuctured program I have read about how some people are eating soft foods after only 1 week. This is a no-no in his program, he requires a 3 week liquid diet and then after a the first post-op group and a positive 3 week checkup he progresses you to a soft food diet...I can't wait. Overall I would rate him a 9 and that is only because I only saw him for a brief few moments during my recovery at the hospital.
