Well I am coming up on my 10th week post op and I have lost about 42 lbs! I am happy about that however my surgeon felt as though I should have lost more weight in 2 months. I am just now getting myself on a eating schedule I had a hard time to get use to eating every 3 hrs or so but now I have my lovely phone to remind me to eat. I have been exercising about 3 times a week between strength training and the treadmill and the elyptical machine overall I think that I am doing well, I even stepped up the amount of time that I am on the 2 machines, I used to could only do about 5 min on the elyptical machine and I have upped that to about 15 min. My thighs and legs have been hurting but I guess that means that something is working! lol
