So I got my band filled yesterday. That was just not fun. The port is moving around it hurt like heck with the pushing and poking. I need to really get back into losing weight again. I started at 364 and went down to 210 but I went back up 57 pounds. I don't want to go back to my old ways so I just have to get my act together and just start getting on track. I mean I did this once I can do it again? I have no engery right now with just being on the clear liquid but I still am going to work out tomorrow no matter what.
