I am dealing with a little anxiety and depression . It is nothing new for me I have been thru this off and on for a long time. It is also past due for my period .Wish it would show on up .Things usually even out some after it arrives.(TMI ) Anywho.... today I am just going to try to be good to myself and be patient and RELAX a little!
Also on tap I am not going to let myself be triggered into negative posting situations !

I know how you feel - I've had problems with intermittent anxiety & depression for most of my life. And it gets worse around menstruation time! Hang in there, and god bless!

I am in the same boat I was in so much pain this am b/c im having all the symptoms but my body just won't let my priod start I have this a lot and I also have Bi-Polar disorder with panic disorder and when my hormones flucuate I start swinging Remember I can do all things through Christ who stengthens me. and grab a heating pad!!

Ughhh I know I am several days later than usual :( I know I am pregnant I'm fixed LOL .So it needs to just come on already so it can just go on already.Hahaha
