It is a beautifl day here in NC . I am thinking I am going to go sit ot and get a little sun!  Things have been going well .I of corse have been tight the last few days because of my TOM but hopefully that will be ending soon . I also have not been hngry really at all the last 2 or so days. ( I am not complaining of course lol ) I have had to make myself eat really and even then it has not always been a whole meal maybe just a few bites. I stay full really long too . I have tried to make sure that when I do eat it is protein. :) I would love to lose a few lbs . We are going to the beach in July with friends and I would like to be right at or nder 200 by then. Phleeeeeze ???? LOL I have gotten as low as 204 but always go back to 209-210.:(  The 204 would be typically after doing liwuids after fills or what not so that might be my dehydrated, underfed wt.lol I am starting to think my body LOVES this wt and is not gonna budge. Oh well I am gonna keep on trying. Maybe I should look up one of those plateau busting diets and try it ? UGHhhhh.... I am thrilled with my success so far but now I am wanting to see a little more.... just a few lbs here and there. I did not go into this wanting to be skinny or thin or whatever. I just wanna look and feel better which I do but now I am getting greedy and wanting to see more!!!! LOL I know most of the not losing is on me so I am not upset abot it. If I was more diligent I would be smaller probably. So I admit it is all on me.:) That is ok though cause I can always amp it p and start losing again. I am just being lazy right now. hahaha. I also need a fill so that might be part of the no losing thing. I was too tight after my last fill so I am a little hesitant about getting one....like what if this one makes me too tight again ? I know it probably will not as I have lost inches since then. It was several months ago and I have gone down a whole size since then. Which is weird the scales do not neccesarily move but I am wearing smaller stuff. OK.... whatever .... I will take it :)
Ok I was just feeling chatty and stopping in to catch up going to soak up some sun !!!!

I have PMS and  did not sleep last night ( could not remember if I took my ambien and did not want to take another one if I had:(  ) Spider in my kitchen this am (deathly afraid of those) ate some bacon because I was starving and a pc got stuck for awhile so I had laid back down and then just said screw it and got back up. The bacon did go down though!  UGHHHHH.... this is going to be a looonnngggg day!!!! LOL   I am drinking a cup of coffee and hoping for a turn around or at least a do over.LOL  I do think that all my PMS water weight has left becasue for the past two days I have been peeing like crazy! YAY for that.hahaha
Otherwise nothing is really new for me. I think I am calling today to schedule a fill for about 2 weeks out . I think I am finally ready after my unfill awhile back.
You would never know it now I get SO tight around my period and when I ovulate . I know TMI but the girlies might want to know this stuff. :D     I am tight today so for the next few days I will take it easy and do alot of liquids and really soft things. I always have lots of heartburn around this time too .:(  
OK enough bitchin I am going to try to do something constructive with myself and maybe try to squeeze in a little nap later  ;)

It's my BIRTHDAY !!!! YAY !!!! I am the big 4-0 today ! I feel great about it though and went today and used my 50% Old Navy coupon to buy a pair of good butt jeans in a size....16 !!!! I have not worn that size in well over I'd say 18 years .:) Woohoo !!!! We are going out with friends tonight to celebrate and I am so excited :) I am gonna get all dolled up and hit the town. I am enjoying a celebratory glass of wine as we speak and look forward to sushi and maybe even a little bit of dancing at the club ;)
So .... off to get ready !!!!

Yesterday was my 1 year bandaversary!!!! I am thrilled with my 60 ish lb wt loss and know in my heart it could have been more if I had been a little more dedicated.    I look forward to more loss in the future and am so happy with my band!  I am considering calling for a fill appt next month after having my unfill  a cpl months back and giving it itme to settle. I think I need one and so we will see how it goes!  So happy with my band :)
