2/23/2011    Hi I have lost 81 pounds since 5/6/10.   I feel Pretty good I am eating almost everything, No Problems. I Love my Sleeve. Drop me a Line If you have any Questions (I miss Popcorn )  But Im happy

My Story

I have Been thin all my Life, until 13 years ago. I am 53 years old and I would eat to hide, stuff, my feelings and when I was happy I would eat then too.....  I want to Be Healthy and go In to a store and pick anything off the rack. and Twenty years from now I sure don't want a hip or knee replacement. and want to Travel , with out a problem... That is what I have to write about for now.....
