My first meeting with Dr. Jossart was over the phone and I liked him immediately. He went over all the risks of surgery carefully and discussed my concerns (DS or VSG) extensively. I traveled from Austin Texas to San Francisco for my VSG. The office was very helpful letting me know about hotels and transportation - I had a one night hospital stay and one week in San Francisco total. They sent a manual with all the information I'd need so that I could review it far ahead of time and be prepared. They were very helpful with submitting all my paperwork and getting me approved in under 2 weeks. He was very upfront with me as to reasonable expectations and emphasized the hard work that would have to happen on my part. His surgical ability and bedside manner were wonderful - small sleeve with no complications and was kind with plenty of eye contact. I follow up with him through their online system so that he can make sure I'm on track and attend my local support groups here in Texas. I have complete trust in him and would definitely use him again as my surgeon.
