This has been an interesting month for me. I only lost 5 pounds this month for starters. This is the first month I've had where the weight didn't practically fall off me. I started back to school and have definitely been sittting more and am not exersizing everyday like I was - maybe 3 or 4 nights a week. I've been lax about journaling which I think is what helps me the most and I've been eating carbs. Ugh. All this makes me realize just how fast I can really fall right back into old habits.I had a deal with myself that no matter what was going on with school, test the next day or whatever, that I would never skip more than one day of exersize. I'm a little upset with myself, but ready for get back to what I was doing.
I'm going to try using my "Beck" skills, plan and write down my food for tomorrow before I go to bed tonight and when will be walking tomorrow evening.
