In court today, there was only one seat left and someone had placed their briefcase in the seat. I needed to sit down to remain in the courtroom so I sat in the seat. The briefcase was on the side and when I sat in the chair, not only did I fit but I wasn't even touching the briefcase!! I am far from tiny but at that moment I felt really tiny!!! Its little things like that, that give me encouragement to try and lose the last 20-25 lbs to reach goal.
