Wow, i cant believe it's been three weeks already since i had my WLS. It's so amasing how much better i feel already. Since i started my prre-op diet on may 21st i've lost a total of 41 lbs already...how amasing is that and i can already go for 2 mile walks. Life is good. It is not always easy since i am surrounded by food all the time but it is not nearly as hard as it used to be. I am very proud of myself and am very thanksful to God for helping me through this and also to my familly and friends ..i could never have done this alone. TTFN!!!!!
