I have lost 25 pounds in about a month I can t believe I am coming upon my one month anniversary things are getting easier everyday. Come visit me on my YouTube channel love my pouch. 

I am so happy to see the scale tipped in my favor 12 pounds lost in a week. I am ready for the stall lol. but i need to go back to ymca for workout etc. Right now I took a coolace and I feel like it got stuck in my pouch, just a little bit of pressure and burning

I am home from hospital and just finding out how much I hate smells and taste of certain things. I have a lot of head hunger which I didnt think in the beginning I would have. I have constant feeling of bloat which doctor said is trapped gas. I am walking and trying to get my liquid down, because I have that funny taste in my mouth and pee doesnt smell to great. so they say to drink drink drink (its hard when you constantly feel bloated and have pain in your back and stoma. Since I have the pain constantly it is hard to tell when my pouch is filled out. I am learning how to cope one day at a time. Next week this time should be a lot better.

I am having my surgery tomorrow. I had a wonderful last meal except for the wait staff but they dont really matter do they. Anyways, I am so excited, scared, nervous and getty all at the same time. I have to pack and have a counselor appt at 3 00 today. Karen is going to spend the night we are going to carve pumpkins and watch true blood.

Well I did it !!!!!

Done with everything just need to go to hospital on oct 11 for surgery
I got to say Approval was easy however the wait was hard.
But now its over and I can get ready for surgery
