A WOW MOMENT.......
Hey guys, as most of you know from my posts..... I really cant see too much of a difference in my weight loss...... Well I took pics today before church, and compared them to some old ones from June..... and Wow..... I guess I can see a lil bit of a change. What you think????

It was hard for me to see much of a difference in my pics at 2.5 month out. But everyone else could see it. You are doing great. Keep it up! Ehem... and stay away from the Fritos or Cheetos or whatever it was you keep eating! LOL
