Happy New Year

It is a new year I am on my way .I started regular food and I have lost a total of 51 lbs. I can't believe how much better it makes me feel .

new at this I am getting ready for a surgery date I have done nutrition classes and seen the shrink. I still need a release from cardiologist. My weight today is 346 my goal is 185.I want to keep up with grandson.
