Stress.... eat.... stress... eat.... and repeat
There is alot going on right now and I am trying very hard not to "emotionally eat". I am at a stahl right now, so I get discouraged easily. I haven't gained weight, but I have not really lost any either.
Just a few things on my plate ... my puppy had emergency cancer surgery yesterday, my husband found his dream vacation home and we are buying it through a short sale, my mother's Alzhiemer's is progressing, my house is still not put together (kitchen remodeling, pool destroyed and a swamp, too much stuff and no room, my hair falling out, searching for a job, etc.).
How can I REFRESH myself again? I don't want to go back to the way I was before. ? ? ?
