Can it really be true?  Down 101 pounds as of today - Feb 28th will be my 6 month marker, will post pictures then, but feeling great and very proud of myself.  If I can do it, so can you! 

 Today was the last pre-op meeting with my Doc!   He took the time to answer all of my questions-so glad I found him!   Can not believe I will be having surgery in just 4 days!   Busy at working trying to wrap everything up before I am out for 3 weeks-I have a great team that is behind me all the way so I know the office production wont miss a beat while I am gone.   Hardest part I think will be this weekend - but plan to spend some time with my kidlet to get out of the house to help refocus myself against the jitters.   My daughter told me that I am addicted to OH.   HAHA....I told her it was like her and FB.  :)    Glad to have this resource available.    

Today I received word that Aetna approved my surgery!   The doctor office even had an opening for next week to have surgery but that is way too soon and I still have some preop things to take care of so we are thinking possibly end of the month.  Excited and nervous at same time!  

My sister and I are on this journey together - my insurance should hopefully approve my surgery request...my sister's insurance policy does not.....Our doctor mentioned that there might be some type of insurance policy that my sister can purchase for the actual surgery-she is paying cash for the weight loss surgery-and he said there is insurance for possibly $2000 that can be purchased to cover any post surgery complications?  Has anyone ever heard of this before?
