I AM SO TIRED OF WATER....I DO ENJOY THE PROTEIN SHAKES...1 1/2 DAYS TO GO BEFORE SURGERY....PLEASE, SOMEONE, I NEED A PEP TALK!!THANKS, JoAnne

Day 3 pre-op/oh yea changed my pic to more update...

Hi everybody!!! Day 3........was so happy to wake up and have my protein shake this am.....yesterday was hard...craved my favorite food pizza, but got busy doing other things and filling up with water, so I made it!! Today, starting off pretty good, so will try to keep busy to forget about hunger..Also, keeping an optimistic attitude

DAY 2 PRE-OP LIQUID DIET

Lord help me........Yesterday wasn't too bad...hopefully today won't either, although it sucks to smell or see food that u love!!! And I am tired of peeing all the time....I guess I will have to get used to that

Starting pre-op liquid diet today

Hello everyone!!! Started the great, pre-op diet today....yesterday, I attempted, but got sick a couple times....Today, feel alot better...Took my AM vitamins with protein shake from Walmart (strawberry and cream)...Actually. it was pretty darn good!!! Going to get a few more cases of those today. My pre-diet is 5 days pre-surgery, clear liquids including plain jello w/ no fruit added....and can have 3 protein shakes/day......no dairy, caffeine, soda, etc

I saw a lady post a really discouraging message with photos to back her up about the effects on her aging looks.......First there was a beautiful photo, post-op a few months out, then, a close up of her 1yr out and pardon my french, D-A-M-N!!!

I have always took real good care of my skin, in addition, God's grace had played His part, and look younger than I am...Please tell me this isn't true!!! 7 days before surgery
