Hi Everyone!!! Sorry, I haven't written u lately...I had my surgery on Monday, 07/27, and I came through great....Pain, OH YEAH!! But, they said I was doing so well , they sent me home a day 1/2 later.....Getting up and down and on and off bed is very painful, but once I am up, I'm good...Kinda overdid it I was feeling so good, so taking it easier....Lost 15 lbs on the 5-day pre-op liquid diet....but, retaining fluids right now, so at a stand still....Thank you all for the prayers, keepem coming and all your support....JoAnne


I am now 259lbs in 2mths out of surgery/ started at 299lbs...40 lbs!!!!!!!Not shabby.....lot of nausea and vomiting; sometimes my fault, sometimes it;'s not...but it is getting better......I suggest B12 and B complex vitamins for energy...they are definitely helping me!!!! ..Well, off to sleep this evening..til next time, see ya on the losing side, JoAnne
