My Story

I was 140lbs when I got pregnant at the age of 21. I gained 84lbs with my 1st pregnancy (They came out with Ben & Jerry's Cookie Dough ice cream, I ate 1 pint a night after work) That was not such a good idea. Well its 19 years later and I found myself  at 249 for my weight and I feel  old and uncomfortable. Movies are out, flying is out, hiking is out. Eating was what I did best. Finally in July 09.
I discovered weight loss surgery!! I decided on the bypass and I'm hoping that I do well with it.Besides food mourning and depression, I'm starting to feel better about my decision.
