I am on the "soft food diet" and I just realized that I cannot eat enough....  This is so funny to me.  Between sipping every ten minutes and having to wait 20 minutes before and after eating, how can you get in the protein shakes and the meals as well and still manage to drink more liquid !???!

Oh, and I just realized that I am not "morbidly obese" any longer !

I'm only "obese" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I know, pretty lame, but I am happ at that change.

Well, I am three weeks out !  I added some photos from before (303 highest) and after (248.8 current).

I forgot to mention that I can now how soft foods !  I am so excited.

I MUST buy a food scale.  How much is 1 oz of fish?????

I am FULL - but I want to eat more, however..... that will not be able to happen....

Good going me !  I am down to 248.8 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!  This means that I am down 54.8 pounds since January !

I am so thrilled !  thank you OH helpers - it was surely your spirit which helps me do well.

Well, it's the day before Labor Day.  I made lasagna (2 large ones) last night for my little sister's birthday.  We had 12 people over and we had salad and bread and a big cake too.  And NO I didn't eat anything.  Well, I did lick the spoon from the ricotta, mozarella mix as i was making the lasagna.  But I was fine.  I ate some egg drop soup - which is the only thing that I can eat other than clear liquids....

I am ok though.

I cannot wait until Tuesday when I see the doctor and he hopefully ups me to the soft phase.  I am down almost 25 pounds in 20 days !  I am very happy - and cannot believe that I am not cheating.  I really think it is because I am not thinking ahead - just one day at a time.

In a pound point eight, I'll be under 250 !!!!  This is wonderful to me.
