am i losing wieght like i should be

I have lost wieght since last post  but I am not happy about the amount of wieght and I am getting upset with myself and it is depressing. I have a harder time around holidays and being around family and the food and since Easter is tomorrow and the candy if flowing I hope I can resist and stay away. Hopfully it all goes well.  I'LL SEE!!

hit a slump in weight lose

I don't seem to be loosing weight even tho I am exercising more than I was after surgery and eating better

My Story

I am 37 married with a son that is 16. I had surgery June 26, 2008 two days before my 6 wedding anniversary and spent it in the hospital with my husband but it was well worth it to be healthy and be able to spend the rest of my life happy with my family.
