How to celebrate WLS style?

So, tomorrow is my birthday. I will be 36 years young...lol. I have no desire to acknowledge this birthday. I never really got into my own birthday- I like celebrating other people's, though.
What can I do? No cake, no ice cream, no pizza party.... No chips and dip, no brownies, no cookie "cake".... But...
I can take a nice walk, shop for a smaller size, and count my blessings.
Some of my blessings:
I can walk, see, hear, smell, taste, etc. I have my faculties (for the most part) and can feel emotion. I am lucky in many ways. I have a roof over my head and a car to get me to and from my job. I am fortunate to have a job.
I have a family that I love and friends that make my life more enjoyable. I know (I think I know) which friends are true and dear and which are "surface" friends.
And I now have greater health to enjoy these blessings. I am no longer diabetic. My high blood pressure is gone. I sleep better at night. I have greater happiness. I have more peace.
So, who needs cake and ice cream?

Sometimes I think my head will explode from all of the information out there! All of the different kinds of WLS plus all of the different kinds of protein ideas mixed with all of the vitamin report and nutritionist suggestions and exercise recommendations.....goodness!!
I know that it will all work itself out, but really....I think I can't think anymore.
I seem to having an ok time with my foods and vitamins, but sometimes I wonder if I could be doing better.
I know I suck at getting ALL of my water in- but I am trying.
Another day....another ? pounds down!!!

Fuzzy teeth!?!

So I just had to mention this...my teeth feel like they are made out of concrete. There is a gritty coating on the inside of my teeth. Especially behind my fronth teeth. It is the weirdest thing ever.
I brush twice a day and i can't figure out what it is....protein?
Can't wait to go to the dentist!
