and i feel sooo great i am down 95 lbs, i wantd to be 100lbs gone in 6 months, but i'll take the 95lbs  gladly. i am down to size 14-and 16 in jeans and tops from 24-26 now that's great to me..............til next time and as always i give god all the glory
