im not fat at sons graduation - I am glad I  can    fit in the seats now - I'm proud of myself and so proud of him.

6 mos out and gained 3 lbs. - Could it b the steroids I   was taKing or ?

miss eating an drinking together - today i really miss eating and drinking at the same time. anyone else? im 4 mos out from rny.  

anybody experience nt able to tolerate anything 4 - eating soft food at breakfast has made me sick and i cant tolerate protein shakes. anyone else had this experience?

soft foods stage pain - this eve was my lst time eating on the soft foods stage. is it normal to have some cramping and gas? i ate slow, chewed well and started with flakey fish as i was told.  

gained .8 of a lb - i gained .8 lbs n the last 3 days  and im still on the modified liquid diet.how can this happen?
