HI ALL HAVEN'T POSTED IN A WHILE AND A LOT HAS CHANGE IN MY LIFE, AND IT'S ALL GOOD CAN'T TALK ABOUT IT RIGHT NOW KINDA TIRED TODAY WILL TRY TO POST AGAIN BEFOR THE WEEK IS OUT ,OH BTW IM NOW DOWN TO A SIZE 8 MISSES JEANS AND I DON'T THINK IM LOOSING ANY WEIGHT BUT MY PANT SIZE IS CHANGING,BUT I JUST WANT TO TONE ALL THIS FLAB UP.

Well here goes this is my first time writting anything since my surgey 14 months ago i need some help with telling me how to eat better to help me lose the last 36 pounds , I barely eat and i know that is my problem but i just don't  be hungry,im trying to get in my protein and water but i never can do the right things can someone help me out
