I went to my appointment on the 8th. It went smooth as usal (weigh you and set new goals.) But the real good news is that i'm back at 225lbs.... YAY!!! Weird tho. Anyways, now i'm just waiting to do those other two appointments. Kinda worried about the pysch appt, only because i don't know what to expect. Other than that just been keepin' busy working and being a mom... so i always got something to do...lol. I will report when i have more news. Smooches -Rhea-
