John Yadegar
Dr Yadegar and his office are a wonderful, caring and involved establishment. They have many patients but they always know your name and treat you as friend who is coming to visit. They are professional and comfortable at the same time.
Dr Yadegar is a wonderful doctor. He greets you with a handshake at first but as he gets to know you he gives you a hug (I personally like this due it makes me more relaxed). He is gentle and attentive. In the hospital he is your advocate and ensures you receive nothing but the best care and attention. He visits often and is full of information, if you forgot to ask a question he will probably cover it in the next breathe. I would recommend Dr Yadegar and his office to anyone who is thinking of exploring weightloss surgery or going for weightloss surgery.
They are a professional, knowledgeable, and caring group of people!
Dr Yadegar and his office made an uneasy situation comfortable and a overall positive experience and continue to do so.

First Fill

Today is my first fill, I hope that it will come with some restriction. I have been struggling with losing weight these past 3 weeks.

Lap Banded!

I got home from the hospital yesterday and am in recovery mode today. A bit of gas left but it is going away...working the protien shakes and SF popcicles today. I can't wait to feel good again and see what this thing is made of.
Now on to the new me....can't wait to get to know me!!

Pre-Op today

Today is my pre-op visit with my doctor; only 12 days till the lap band is inserted. I am excited to start my new life. I am looking forward to looking at the scale and trying on my clothes without sadness or disappoinment. It is going to be so refreshing to wake up in the morning and put on my pants and have them go up with ease.

Insurance approved

Got a call today from my insurance company stating I am approved!  I am so excited, I have done all the pre-op stuff and am ready to go for my scheduled surgery date. Oh what a great day!  A load off my mind!
The adventure to my new life begins....for real now!
