I was born Oct 14,1967,I am married to a great U.S.A.F.man for 19 years .we are stationed in Charleston Sc but from Ky can not wait to go back there , I have 1 child a teenager please pray for me lol.& one German shepherd also a teen lol .Have been struggling with my weight most of my adult life.

***my BMI STARTING IS 52.6

Have an appt wth the psychiatrist on 10-18-05, <---(THANK God I passed)just going thru the ropes to get to a healthy life .

I am going to have my surgery in Beaufort SC, Dr.McDevitt going to see him Nov 3 2005.waiting on surgery date & approval.now getting test EKG,SLEEP TEST & ALL KINDS OF BLOOD WRK&chest xrays alot of test but getting it done then will go back to dr & get a date .please pray for me .thnks

4-27-06 GOT HOME FROM HOSPT TODAY WOW SORE ALL OVER IT WILL PASS IN TIME .JST A NOT TO SHARE ABOUT HOSPT STAY IS WAS LIKE A VACATION GET AWAY IN BEAUFORT Sc.my room was over the harbor it was great to see the dolphins swimming

& my fav red birds all over I sat & looked out the window the whole time I was there so relaxing all the boats comming & going, could not wait to get out to start my new life thnks to DR McDEVITT & Joyce GOD BLESS YOU BOTH & THE SURGERY TEAM & ALL THAT HELPED .

4/30/06 TOMORROW WILL BE ONE week ,still sore got on scale lost 8.1 I am so happy with that .I just want to say thnks for all the love & support from LOW COUNTRY BYPASS BUDDIES .

5/4/06 WENT FOR 1 WEEK CHECK UP from getting out of the hospt LOST 15 yeaaaa! Everything is going ok still sore tho but not bad I drove for the first time today it felt good .

5/9/06 HAD TO GO TO THE ER IN BEAFORT THOUGHT SOMMETHING WAS WRONG HAD A SHARP PAIN SIDE NEVER FELT THE SAME HAD A CAT SCAN EVERYTHING IS OK THANK GOD!
DR McDEVITT WAS RIGHT BY MY SIDE GOD BLESS THAT MAN.COME TO FIND OUT I HAD A SPRAIN MUSCLE IN LOWER TUMMY I OVER DID IT ! GOT TO TAKE IT EASY NOW .REM DNT OVER DO IT .


5/11/06 WENT FOR 2 WEEK CHECK UP LOST -18 NOW YEAAAAA

5/25/06 1 Month check up yeaaaa lost 25 lbs now .every thing looks great the dr said .
******& today is the first day I have crossed my legs yeaaaaaa !!made me feel so sexy I love it .

6-15-06 1 Month & 3 weeks check up lost 30lbs now getting excited now, I am now seeing results ,went home for a week my family said I look great I did not tell some of them tho just wait till next year when I see them again .WOW!! I can walk a mile & not get out of breath & ride my bike over 4 miles ,going to start the gym see how it goes .

OH ALSO I AM OFF MY MEDS NO MORE MEDS BUT ZOCORE FOR 3 MORE MONTHS ,NO BLOOD pressure med!! no heart burn meds !!! no sleep app !!! Praise God

***3 MONTH CHECK UP ALL WENT WELL BUT THE DR FEELS I NEED TO LOSE MORE FAST .LOST -39 BY HIS SCALE BUT I AM IN A BIG STALL RIGHT MY SCALE WENT UP 2 LBS WOW THAT IS SCARY .MY CHOLESTEROL WENT DOWN IT WAS 183 WHEN I STARTED NOW IS 138 WHICH IS GREAT !
MY HIPS WERE 56.5 NOW 51.
MY WAIST WAS 40.5 ABOVE BELLY HOLE 40.5 NOW 40. SO I KNOW I AM LOSING INCHES I JUST NEED TO GET OUT OF THIS SLUM I AM FEELING RIGHT NOW & EAT MORE I NEED MORE CALORIES I WAS GETTING 600 TO 700 BUT THE DR TOLD ME I NEED AROUND 1000 TO 1200 WOW NEVER BEEN TOLD TO EAT LOL SO IF YOU ARE STALLING EAT MORE WRITE DWN WHAT YOU EAT !!

9/21/06 Went to see my PCM ,she took me off all Meds I am Med free Praise God !!!


*** I am 5 Months out & weight is comming off slow but I am going to the gym 2 times a week & walk or ride the bike every day & some times jog I have never been able to jog before ,I feel like a new Lady so happy with my choice & life is only getting better ,still like to loose more 61 to my goal maybe I will be there by the year is up from the surgry date of 4/24/06,the best thing is worth it all I am Meds free Parise God for that !!!

12/24/06 let me see have not posted in a while wow what a year this has been I am down to 176 lbs  now ,so happy & feel great lost 80 lbs now had to get all new clothes & shoes ,had a Christmas part at my support group had a great time the leader of the group Susan opened up her beautifull home & let us have a good time I thank God for this group they have helped me in so many ways ,can not wait to see what the New Year holds I am 36 lbs from goal can not wait .

9/15/07 I saw a pair of pants on sale it was a size 8 WOW can you belive a 8 so I said I will buy these pants just to see if they fit WOW!!! THEY DID I am so happy never every did I think a size 8 would go on my Arse yeaaaaaaa :)
