I GOT MY SLEEVE DATE

YES.....I WENT TO MY APPT A DAY EARLY DUE TO THE THREAT OF SNOW.....I GOT MY SLEEVE DATE!!!!! APRIL 28TH!!!! LETS HOPE INSURANCE APPROVES!!!! SHOULD KNOW IN ABOUT A WEEK!!! STILL ON TRACK AND GOING TO TRY AND LOSE 10 MORE BEFORE!!!!!

just dance 2 for WII

My daughter rented Just Dance 2 and I love it..what a workout!!!!! Better than WII FIT---this game really gets you sweating!!! My arms are sore!!!
BTW...Im buying it today!!!!

Low and behold...I got a call that I had to change my PA visit that was initally 04/05 and switched to 04/01!!!!!!!!! She will make the decision if I can meet with the surgeon then!!
I pray to the powers and energys that be...that this happens for me!!!
I am dilligent in my new habits and will be able to follow them for life!!!!!!
Im down a total of 6 and need to lose 4 more...come on come on come on!!
I know it seems like nothing...but my metabolism is shot from YEARS of yo-yo dieting.....
so Im really pushing with cardio and calorie/protein tracking and super lo carb...lots of green veggies too!!!!!!

Moving Right Along

Okay...down 4 pounds from 2 weeks ago-today when i met with the Nutritionist...she wants to see a 5 pound loss in two weeks, then we will make the call if I get to meet the surgeon or not. I can do this..Im taking it one day at a time. Only scary thing is that will be my "pms" time and I hold water weight..so I will totally totally count every little thing in my mouth and duct tape it shut if need be.!!!!!!!

okay...my nutritionist had an emergency today so I met with the PA instead. We chatted up for an hour. I am done with all my "hoops"-except I have to lose these now 12 pounds..she said she is trusting that I can do it in a few weeks and scheduled me to meet the nutritionist  on 03/22...then the nutritionist will say if I can meet the surgeon or not. That appointment to meet him is booked out one week, then surgery is 4 weeks later.
So....today...my reality has set in that I need to watch everything I put in my mouth...was told to count calories..(i'll do points)-lay off the shakes..they go right through and I'll need them more after surgery...and to do cardio...
I KNOW I CAN DO THIS....one day at a time...no excuses....
This is a possibility of 6 weeks from now..thats not far!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
