3 Months out update
Well here I am 3 months have gone by and 30 pounds gone.  For those of you who are like me and seem to be losing slower don't get cought up in comparing yourself to others.  I did this but don't any more.  I just remember how tough it was to lose even a pound before.

I eat what I want but with common sense.  I still eat out a lot but bring a lot home with me.  It is a bit of a waist of money but I don't really care.  I just want to continue to act as normal as possible with my banana.  Sometimes I share with a friend and I am finding that lots of my friends like sharing with me so they will eat less.

Whenever I get into a stall I go back to the Dailyplate.com and track my calories but other wise I just don't think about it.  The biggest difference is I don't seem to think about food all the time like I used to .  I do still get hungry,  I am not quit sure how this Ghrelin works.  I eat 3 meals a day and a couple of snacks.  Usually under a 1000 calories a day.

One more thing.  For some reason walking seems to be the best exercise for me right now.  I belong to a gym but the walking seems to budge me past a stall.  Just keep this in mind before you spend a lot of money on gyms and trainers.
