Hello Carol you big
day is just around
the corner I wanted
to wish you a speedy
recovery and best of
luck on your
weightloss
journey..........
5 months out a little late and Onederland. I did not post at 5 months because I was so bumbed out about the slow weight loss. I feel like I should post anyway though because there are others on this members list who are like me and don't post alot because they see the tickers like me who had there surgery way after me and yet are way ahead of me. I don't know why this happens and I can't explaine it. I keep waiting for the big loss after a stall and they don't happen. I am 54 at 5' 2' I started weighing 240 and as of yesterday I hit Onederland and now I am 199. I still have a long way to go 59 pounds for my goal is 140. I will say this . I am retired and my husband and I eat out alot. Maybe thats it, I can't eat much and take alot of doggie bags homem (that usually get thrown away or actually go to the dog. I do eat protien first then veg and etc. I think it is just slow metabolism which made me fat in the first place so if your like me hang in there. We will get there, it will just take us longer. I have a 1 in front of my weight Woo Hoo
