Surgeon Testimonial

Scott Fisher, M.D.
The surgery saved my life in every way imaginable. I am a total sucess and completely indebted to Dr. Fisher for my new lease on life. He was very nice and I felt very safe in his hands. I won't say that the surgery was all it took, because I had to do the work and I know in my heart that this tool given to me by Dr. Fisher enabld me to do just that!

Pre Op Day
on January 12, 2009 5:57 am
In just a few hours I am off to begin my two hour pre op appointment prior to my surgery tomorrow.  I am nervous and excited, but I can't wait to get started on this journey that has been such a long time coming.  I'm not totally sure what to expect today, but I feel like I'm ready for anything!

My Story

Hello, my name is Robin and I am 44 years young and on the 13th of January I embarked on a journey that I pray will take me back to the person I used to be physically, or at least some facsimile of that vision I hold dear.  I had what was referred to as stomach stapling 23 years ago and it never did work, so this in essence a revision surgery and I hang my hopes and dreams upon it, because my future quality of life depends on it.  I am a writer, a creator of sorts and this journey I have chosen promises to be a step towards recreating my outer self and in essence my inner self.
