4 Days Post TT !!!

     Hey all, well here i am just sitting here and enjoying my pain meds, hahaha. I am now 4 days post op of my tummy tuck, and just got home from my check up with the doc. Was suppose to have my 2 drains removed but he said i still have quite a bit of liquids draining. so i need to go see him on Tue and see if they need to be removed. The surgery it self went really well, he finished sooner than he planned. Got to recovery room woke up and pain wasnt as bad as i thought it would be, like my previous surgeries when i wake from anasthesia i cant see clearly everything is blurry. so i would look around to see were im at and whos around me but of course i cant see str8. so i here the nurse callin for my room, and they say wait a lil more there is no room open. So i waited there and waited then finally got a room. My Visitors and all was already there in my room. so i was glad for that. stayed one nite and went home the next day as planned. Went home and jus plopped myself in the recliner and poopped some pills and that was it. Was stuck there unless i needed to pee, bathe, or i needed to pop more pills!!! hahaha. (yes im a baby when it comes to pain). So all is well! i got plenty pics will show you all laterz. Take care =)

Twas the Nite b4 my TT =)

Hi all well here i am the nite before my big day! (how scary!) im sittin here after a loooooong day of thoroughly (spelling?) cleaning my room and fully disinfecting it, cuz im not takin any chances of gettin another infection after surgery again. i have to check in at 1130am and surgery is @ 1pm, surgery should be about 3 hrs then off to recovery room, aggh! this is were ill wake up and see that my tummy is all gone and i now have a flat tummy!! wooohooo but this is also when i wake up and feel the pain of someone cuttin of the whole mid section of my body off then sewing it back together (OUCH!) man i hope i can take the pain, they best give me some good medication! hahahaha. Well i should be stayin there one nite, doc told me if your feeling good you can go home the same day of you want? im like no ways im stayin that one nite. hahaha. so ill prolly go home the next day which is Tuesday, so if yall wanna check up on me just call 432 0000 and ask for me or jus hit me up on my cell ill have it one me =) well thats it for now, i cant sleep but im goin to try!!! Its now 1:15am and i have surgery in less than 12 hrs! i need to sleep. Gnite yallz n gbye tummy!! hahahah jus jokes, see you all laterz!!!

      Well well were do i start? ......... k the nite before my preop lemme jus tell you that i could barely sleep! hahaha. Finally after tossing and turning allot i finally fell asleep. Next morning came and i was up super early, as soon as i opened my eyes that was it i couldnt go back to sleep. So i went to go get my mom, we were early so we ate sum breakfast. We went to this bagel place and gosh they had these stuffed bagels, its like a manapua but instead of the sweet bread on the outside it was bagel and inside of it was peanut butter and cream cheese!!!! so delish! but N E way hahahah.

     We arrived at the hospital checked in to the PS dept. and they called me right away, weighed myself and yes!!!!! i weighed 2lbs less, woooohooo!, waited in the room for the surgeon, he came in and had me change into the gown we chit chatted and he looked at me took a pic of my tummy showed it to me and i was like "Ewwwww" hahaha he said oh dont worry your gonna look like a new man in a few days. Then he marked me up, and he goes so hows that? i was like WOW i didnt think you were gonna take that much off! but hey im not complaining take it all!!! hahahaha, then i was like oh what about that lil pouch above my pubic area and i showed it to him, he goes oh i can take care of that too, i was thinking to myself wow your AWESOME!!!! so he said he can lift that part higher and if needed do some lipo on it. Aghhhhh! how xciting. Then that was it.

     Went to do labs, ugh!! they took like 9 tubes of blood, dang das allot!. That was it for that part, then had to go to admitting, admited myself so i dont need to do it on the day of surgery and then that was it for that. So all in all we were there for 4 hrs. oh i almost forgot we also went to meet the anasthesioligist and the nurse, they jus discussed things that could happen when under, and ya bla bla, lol ok and thats it sorry. Hi all well tomorrow is my preop for my long awaited tummy tuck. Now for those of you who know me already, as you know im such a big baby/wimp when it comes to PAIN!. So here i am the nite before my preop and im already nervous scared like everything in one. Its kinda like im having my WLS all over again. This is only preop could you imagine how i would feel on surgery day AGHHH!!!! jus thinkin bout it makes me all freaked out. Just the thought of having my tummy cut out from hip to hip and from above my belly button to above my pubic area all gone then sewn together just makes me think of pain that i could not even imagine about. (you see how big of a wimp i am) Well im suppose to be at the hospital for bout 4 hours doin all preop stuff so as nervous as i am im goin to try and get some sleep. GNITE YALLZ!!!!   =)
