T minus 60 hours!

Well folks! Its almost here! Monday the 12th at 12:30 PM - I end my old life and begin a new one. I am very nervous but even more excited about the future that lies ahead!

What a crazy week this has been! I finally find out that my insurance has approved my surgery and I have been scheduled for Sept. 12. I havent time for the Optifast so Im doing a very light diet (soup, salad) until then. I am really looking forward to this! I have had weight issues all my life and the associated stress has been nearly unbearable!

I currently weigh 360 and I hope to get down to at least 210. Not only do I hope to feel better physically but the psychological benefits will be vast as well. The one thing I cannot wait to do is get rid of my CPAP mask!

Anyway, I dont know what else to say at this point so I leave it here. I will write more as I get closer.
