7/06/06 I can't believe a month has gone by so quickly! My surgeon called me the last week of June to let me know he will be moving his practice and the bariatric program to another hospital in the city. This will delay the surgery several more months :( Hopefully my insurance will be submitted and approved to that I can be scheduled in September. He did say I am at the top of the list to go in :) 6/6/06 Talked to the medical center today and she is submitting all my paperwork for ins. approval tomorrow. She said it usually only takes 3 days...so hopefully I'll know for sure by early next week!  A 3 year journey finally coming to an end (and a new beginning). Getting medical clearance on May 30, 2006 and then submission to insurance! A little about me... Mother of 5, wife of one ;) Married 8 years...met my husband online in a single parents chat room and married less than a year later at "The Chapel of Love" at the Mall of America in MN.
