I had my surgery on the 21st.  I must admit I felt better than I thought.  Things went well.  I had my surgery at 9:15 and was home by 12:30.
I rested for two days, but tried to move as much as possible.  I didnt baby myself.

On Friday, four days later,  I went to the Catskills for the weekend.  What a beautiful memorial day weekend.  I had already dropped 7 lbs in 4 days.  I started to really feel good.  However, when I started doing to much, I would feel it.  Also, the gas was the worst thing.

anyway, its back to work tomorrow, eight days after surgery.  I think I am up to it.  I feel really good.
