pre-op & tests

2/2/07 I went to Lexington today for my pre-op..I had carotid ultrasound( carotid doppler study) also ultrasound of legs (dvt study) and lab work/testing. I go back Feb 6th for 4 hour dietician class ..Everyone was so nice..Keep me in your prayers..God Bless Rita

01/22/07 Dr Strickland's office called me today..Medicaid approve my surgery..Iam soooo happy. I go to have my ivc filter put in Febuary 14 and they will do the surgery Febuary 22..Keep me in your prayers .God Bless Rita

12/28/06Haven't posted in awhile..I went to my last weightloss visit with Dr. Kathleen Annonetti. in Lexington,SC.Now I will wait for Dr. Strickland's office to called me to set up a date to have the surgery..

Weightloss management classes

9/20/06 ...i haven't updated my profile for awhile..i had to go to a weightloss management classes for 6 months for medicaid to pay anything on the surgery...i have been going now for 3 months..i have lost 18 lbs now i weigh 390.... i was surprise to have lost 14 lbs ...

2/27/06 i went to dr stricklands office..my impression of dr. strickland was very good/ he seems very caring.. he stressed after care and having the tests..the office staff was so friendly and willing to help.everybody ..until the next time.
