7/27/08  Hi  everyone  I haven't post in a while so I thought I  would  update. First of all I  would like to thank the Lord for being there for me and guiding the doctors hands during the surgery.God is so good all the time.Dr. Strickland is an excellent surgeon.I would like to thank everyone for their prayers,phone calls,visits,flowers,and concerns that you have shown me during my surgery and after I got home from the hospital.I feel very priviledged to have met Carolyn Miller,Cindy Stampe and her husband Dave and children.I would also like thank Terri Herndon.They all encourage me so much.Even when I felt like not having it..And now I'm glad I did.I don't know what I would have done without them.Thanks for being there for me and coming to the hospital for my surgery.I was so lucky to have three Angels.Terri lived a long ways from lexington but she would have been their if she could.I had my surgery Jan.8th,08.I weighed 408 lbs when I started going to Dr Strickland's ..I'm down 280 lbs.a total of 120 lbs lost .I am doing good.I really haven't had any problems other than ulcers after I had my surgery..Keep me in your prayers.
