Hi all,

I had an EXTREME tough eating day yesterday, got really sick afterwards. The good news is I passed my sleep study and I no longer need the CPAP machine!

I definitely over did this weekend, I definitely do better during the week and when I "relax" on weekends i guess everything relaxes. I need so consuming activity on the weekends I guess, I don't know.

I found myself in a little cafe yesterday for lunch and it seemed that my best option was a yogurt and granola type of thing. When it came to writing it down in my Fitness Pal, I realized I didn't know how  much yogurt was in it, how much granola, etc.
