The night before year labs.  Really excited to see/hear results.  April 5th, go in for year check-up and I'm stuck in the middle of 250-260.  I love the DS, I have had kidney stone issues but it's all worth it.  I am not 460+ and acting like I'm happy.  I'm dealing with Parkinsons disease now and I know it would be 10x's harder with all that weight.  Thank you

I'm loving my weight loss but I am sooooooo cold!!!!! At 293 and dropping.  Nice to be working out at the gym again.

Under 300!!!

First time under 300 since I was 18.  20 long years!!!!! I'm still trying to balance my diet and vitamin intake.  The pounds are still dropping and the skin is drooping but it's a great  trade off.  Thanks to my Doctors and medical staff.  I've been a unique case but I'm getting there......

Next sunday I'll be recovering.  Not really nervous, it's just on my mind every minute.  Dr. A wanted me to lose 5, I lost 14.  Now I just need to get all the chores done before thursday, op prep-clean out.  Ready to tackle my new life.
