So here's the deal, I got to be honest with everyone!!! I am a nervous wreck. This got to be the most difficult part by far. All I keep hearing at the moment is the words "wait, wait,wait, pending, pending, pending" and it's all driving me up the WALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So today I called UHC about a hour ago and here's what they told me. We have a pending date of July 31st for Memorial Herman Hospital. So I was like what does that mean? So the  rep told me "the case nurse is still reviewing my case and it will be sometime late next week before I know the official word". I was like WTH?????????So of course I asked "what is the reason for you setting up a pending date?" and she said "that is just part of our procedure, however it does not guarantee approval".....This is driving me nuts. What should I think about this? I am excited I got a pending date but from what I am told it means nothing. Sooooo of course I will be back on the phone bright and early Monday morning to see if there are any updates even though she told me to call in the later part of next week.

**** Thanks everyone for all your support and PM's it has really helped me through this scrutinizing process. arrggghhhh!!!(****.........I am calling on the LORD TO HELP me through this one!!!)      All I can say to those who is getting ready to submit be AWARE of the wait time and the run around you may get from the REPS at the insurance company. It can make you go looney. Now I am starting to wonder how prepared I really am because I never imagined I would be this nervous. I have seen other people comments about their submission to the insurance company but since I was not there yet I never really paid much attention. BIG MISTAKE on my part!!!!!!!!!!!!It is ALLso true what they have said and that is why I am passing it along to you all. PATIENT is a VIRTUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  GIVE ME STRENGTH LORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok ya'll am I dreaming or what??? It is 4:00 am and I can not sleep because of the wonderful email I got. A whisper in my ear told me to check my emails because there is a special message for you. So I did and I got mail from my bariatic coordinator telling me she already submitted my paperwork to UHC. So ya'll know I am just "HAPPY GO LUCKY" at the moment. I want to ask so many questions but I refused to ask any questions because this was done by the GRACE OF GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Lord my saviour in Christ for being there for me every step of the way. It's you that gives me the strength to wake up and say THANK YOU JESUS for all you do. In Jesus name...AMEN................................I just had to stop and say a prayer for  the moment because this is happening all in JESUS NAME!!!!!!!!!!!! I will continue to keep everyone posted on my journey and THANKS for your prayers!!!

Ok ya'll I can see the finish line now. I am getting a lil' nervous but excited all at the same time. It's 3am and I am still up so I know it's the nerves that's happening right now. I have had some sleepless nights lately because this has been on my mind. Once I have my last weigh in then off it goes to the insurance company I will calm down again. I got my insurance number logged in to my phone and I am ready to hit that redial button. I am really hoping that the approval is fast and swift so I can be off to the next portion of my journey. GOD is GOOD all the time and he will see me through this journey!!!
