Getting there

My wife and I both have our surgeries set up and are ready to go. In just a few weeks we have a group of appointments one week prior to my surgery. In the mean time I have discovered I am eligible for travel reimbursement, due to my years in the military, and the distance we have to go for the surgery.

My Story

I am a soon to be 59 year old semi retired Navy cook, married to a beautiful woman for 38 years now. We have two grown children and six grandchildren, which are the loves of our lives. As I have gotten older I have noticed a marked deterioration in my health, numerous surgeries and other conditions have been a real nag. And one day the light went on. Gee, maybe all that weight your carrying around is a major part of the problem. So my wife and I decided to look into Gastric Bypass surgery.
