I now weigh 190, still have 30 pounds to go, i guess, i eat too much

Well I am 17 days out, I have lost 24 pounds, I am just taking it one day at a time, i have been having little problems with dehydration, but other than that i am okay

My Story

Hey everyone,
My name is Tahirah, I really do not know where to begin, some parts of my story may be similar to others, I have a husband and 2 children, i gained a lot of weight with both pregnancies, the  1st pregnancy i gained about 76 pounds, which i never fully lost, than i gained 65 pounds with the 2ND pregnancy, but I really didn't begin to gain weight to the point that it was out of control and i couldn't lose on my own until December of 2007, that is when i was diagnosed with MS, after that point my weight journey began
