I'm ready for weight loss surgery

I am ready to start asking about and researching weight loss surgery. I have no support in my family, but I am ready to do this for me. I just had a baby in March a beautiful son and I want to be alive and healthy long enough to see him grow up. I was 330 pounds prior to becoming pregnant and gained a whopping 75 pounds until I gave birth. Then after I delivered and was rid of water, I was stuck at 370, then as time went by I gained up to 380. I have been struggling with my weight my whole life just as most people on this website has. I have tried every diet in the book and even tried to exercise, and no success. I belieive if I were to get the VSG surgery, this tool of a surgery would help me lose weight and be the weight that I want to be. I am not happy. 

My boyfriend does not support me. My mother does not support me at all and is disgusted with the fact that I am considering the surgery, she calls me "lazy" and tells me its the "easy way out." 

She has no idea how much work comes with having this surgery, easy is far from it. It takes a lot of work, and as much as I tell her this, she refuses to understand.
