OCTOBER WAS A VERY SLOW MONTH

THIS WAS A TOUGH MONTH FOR ME. I HAD A DEATH IN MY FAMILY AND ALMOST CRAPPED OUT ON MY DIET BUT THANK GOD I DIDN'T. I MANAGED TO LOOSE 3 POUNDS THIS MONTH AND IS NOW DOWN 64 LBS. I AM VERY PROUD ABOUT IT. AS THE HOLIDAYS ARE QUICKLY APPROCHING I MUST SAY I AM A LITTLE NERVOUS ABOUT IT. I AM PLANNING TO STAND FIRM BUT DON'T WE ALL UNTIL WE FALL OFF THE WAGON AND GET RUN OVER BY IT. PRAYERS ARE WELCOME
