hey everybody god is good, i down to 162 and wear size 10-7 and my under wear is size 5 and my shoe size way a 12 and now it is 9w but it is great and bless .my body is the lord and everything in it, god had change me and my body, i had to change me with god help and i can do a lot a things with my kids.I let god do he's work.

will i down to 192 and  the 20th a apirl is a year and it is great and bless the lord had bless me a 2 change, i had to do what the good lord what me to do.now i can play with my kids and the sex is hot. if the good lord tell you to do something  do. you get bless by it.

APIRL 20 WILL BE HOLE YEAR AND LOST 116 POUNDS , and i feel great, i carry that wiehgt for long time and my knee is mess up so march the 3 i got to get a knee replacemet but ok, a new knee with a new me and when i get down to 190 or 180 tumy truck,but i am bless becouse god give me over change.

hello will in nov i weight 215 and got sick nov 22 and been sick 20 and lose up to 209 and still loseing and feel great i am in the size 15 and feel good and lok good,and try to get up tp 176, with god help and do what  i doing i will get it there

 hello everybody i feel grate i down to 221 and i very happy and bless the surgery and the good lord had chage my life and i bless and grateful.god been with me,i had talk to the good lord and he told me to do the surgery and he will be with me and the family
