Stuck at 260

The title says it all!  I've been stuck at 260lbs for the past few weeks.  I am trying to get back in the swing of eating well balanced meals but I can only get so much food in at a time (of course...that's why I had surgery).  This is harder than the low calorie diet regiment that I was doing prior to surgery.

Any ideas?  All help is greatly appreciated & welcomed.   I am reaching for another 20 lbs to be gone before July 1...
