VSG has given me my life back!

If you are thinking about surgery, recently had surgery, whatever I just wanted to share that this surgery has given me my life back! No more hiding, no more shame, no more constant worry about my weight, no more hating myself after I over eat, no more lying on medical forms when it asks how much I weigh, no more back pain, knee pain, foot pain. No more shoopping for fat clothes, no more hiding from the camera.

Lots more: being active, loving the outdoors, having more stamina, better sex, loving pictures of myself, shopping for cute things, having fun looking for a bathing suit, being outgoing and outspoken, making recipes and savoring their taste, surfing, kayaking, hiking, climbing, being silly, being adventurous....

I have my old self back and there is no price I could put on that. I am me again!!!

(hear me roar!)
