Well I received a call from the WLS coordinator, with my Physicians Group on Friday saying that she had everything that she needed to submit to my insurance.  I was like wow... I just talked to her on Tuesday and she said that it would take her at least a week to get everything together but turns out all my paperwork was ready and available..... good not complaining about that......   

I also talked to the Bariatric Group on Tuesday I have my two classes scheduled and only one thing made my smile drop and that was because when the RN was asking me about all of the tests that I had taken I told her yes on everything then she mentioned that damn endoscopy to check for Hpylori  (dang hope i spelled it right .... ha ha)  and I proudly said "Oh yeah I had one of those done and she siad When what that?   I said uh oh it's been over a year and she said oh well thats too long ago, you have to do it again......   SH@$#$#$!!!  that was not what I wanted to hear.... but oh well I guess that I just have to go back and let them stick stuff down my throat again  (sighing)   I must admit that the last one wasnt so bad so I can definately do it again....   So anyway while I had the Nurse on the phone I decided to ask if they had insurace help and she said that wouild be my physicians group.....,  well maybe I said it wrong so I said no...   is there anyone in your offic e that helps with insurance because I want Lap Band not RNY....... she said oh ok which insurace do you have and I told her..... and to my suprise she informed me that in the past my insurance wouldn't approve the procedure but they had just received a letter in the mail from my insurace company asking if  they perform LapBand and if so if they would be interested in being one of their LapBand Dr''s  I was like YES!!!!!!!   I had been on the Insurance forum and read that my insurance would be approving LAPBAND in 2007....   whew!  so my fingers are crossed......
